I recently ordered carryout from Wingstop in Chicopee, and everything hit the spot. I got the 5-piece crispy tender combo with Louisiana Voodoo fries, ranch, and a mix of Hot Honey Rub and Hickory Smoked BBQ.
The tenders were hot, crispy, and well seasoned, and the sauce flavors were on point, the Hot Honey Rub had the perfect sweet heat, and the Hickory Smoked BBQ was rich and flavorful. The Louisiana Voodoo fries were fresh, seasoned well, and paired perfectly with the ranch.
My order was ready quickly, packaged neatly, and exactly how I ordered it. Great food, fast service, and consistent quality. Definitely coming back, and I’d love an invite to the next media event.

The manager was cool. Nothing wrong with the service.
The problem is the food. Why are the "boneless wings" smaller than McDonald's chicken nuggets? Also, they just straight up taste like pre-made boxed microwaved stuff from Walmart, completely bland and practically tasteless, definitely unsatisfying. Also, not enough sauce by any means, the "boneless wings" (read as Popcorn Chicken) looked like someone took a squeeze bottle and dropped a single line over the tiny pile of chicken.
Their "Atomic" and "Mango Habenero" wings? I can't tell which one is which, probably because they tasted nothing like I was expecting, and there was no spiciness to them at all despite being at the top of the spice meter. Maybe all due to lack of sauce?
Also, their app is completely screwed up. Shows 70 Cent boneless wings (not even worth 70 cents), then charges $25.99 for a 20 pack (should have been $14). It also didn't show the special flavor they had.
Additionally, they don't have free sauce, or free "veggie sticks". You have to pay for an order of celery and carrot sticks, and each small cup of ranch or blue cheese is a whopping $1.49. Absolutely ridiculous. Talk about nickel and diming. They want a million dollars in exchange for not much.
First time at Wingstop, last time at Wingstop.
Edit: Owner account didn't give me any number to reach out at.

I left a review the first week that this location opened up. It was a decent experience compared to recent Wing Stops I visited in Hartford, where I thought I was going to get shanked in the cashier line. At first, the food quality was good and the customer service was pleasant, and I was met with smiling and polite employees. The last two visits I made here they have somehow regressed the entire way down the toilet. The lobby was dirty, there were loud obnoxious guests in the lobby yelling back-and-forth to their friends working inside, and when I was trying to place my order the employee was playing on her phone with a plastic straw hanging out of her mouth. Instead of taking my order she was yelling around me to others in the lobby to “Get her damn Lemonade.” I understand it is Wingstop, but for dear lord’s sake have some self respect. I feel bad for any person or restaurant group that has to hire employees in western Massachusetts. Anyway, this place needs to clean up its act before I would step foot inside again.

These employees are absolutely incompetent. Never pick up the phone (sometimes hanging up when I've tried calling), my drinks are always full of ice, and half the time they forget toppings or condiments. Absolutely pathetic, as a wingstop demon dont come to this location. These people do not deserve the paycheck for how little they care.

Am I able to submit ideas to Wingstop for future consideration?
We at Wingstop Restaurants Inc. ("Wingstop") are proud that our fans are excited by our brand and want to share their ideas, innovations, flavors, and other wing-loving thoughts with us. However, Wingstop has a full-time staff of wing experts who we rely on to generate new ideas for our brand and our fans. UNSOLICITED IDEAS
Customers of Wingstop may have the perfect idea for a new concept, and we may be missing out on an exciting opportunity, but ownership and protection must be considered. Wingstop maintains a policy that does not permit it or its employees to accept any unsolicited ideas from outside sources (fans and other third parties).
Wingstop strives to innovate and create through internal business departments and their employees. With this in mind, if we create a new concept through our internal experts, and a talented customer/fan submits a substantially similar idea, determining who the originator of the wing-tastic idea is would be a challenge. To better protect ourselves as well as all of our fans out there, we must adhere to this strict policy which does not permit the review, consideration, or acceptance of such ideas from outside parties to avoid any confusion of ownership. Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.
TERMS GOVERNING SUBMISSIONS
If you nevertheless insist on sending us your unsolicited ideas, the following conditions apply:
Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions.
All submissions will be deleted from working files within Wingstop and no response will be delivered to confirm receipt of any submissions.
Due to archiving requirements, your email may be retained on our system, but please understand this is not an effort to keep record of our customers' great ideas; rather, it is incidental to archiving.
