Never acknowledged me nor said she’d be with me shortly. Finally took my order without saying a word. I paid and noticed she charged me 2.89 for a small cup for water for my elderly mother. I questioned it and she said yeah for the cup. I told her I’ve never paid for water at any fast food place including here. Again saying nothing she went to get a key and dropped the money on the counter. When my order came she pushed the tray at me. My mother got a sour cream and chive potato which had neither with it. I waited then asked for the sour cream and butter. She said wait. A minute. Again after a few minutes she disappeared and came back with the items and dropped them on my tray. Nothing said. I wanted to talk to the manager but there were too many people around and didn’t want to embarrass her. After all that my burger was not the best I’ve had there. Cold bun and cold burger. We were there on 10/8 at 12:30. She had no name tag on. Sorry for the rant but I’m retired after 50 years in retail and don’t usually complain but this visit was extremely disturbing to me.
