i’m not the type to write reviews, and i have a large patience scale for the people who serve me, especially regarding food but this was absolutely wild. i placed a mobile order at this location around 9:30pm monday night, (2/23/26) and when i arrived i waited about ten minutes before getting to the speaker (no problem, busy night which i absolutely understand because i also work in customer service. at the speaker there were no problems, but upon arriving to the window they informed me they had no frostys, which was apart of my order so they asked if i’d like anything else. i tried to see if they had other dessert options but they were out of cookies, so i told him it was absolutely fine, i could just get the money back through the app. after a couple more minutes, he starts yelling at another man, walking in the drive through toward the window to presumably change a wrong order. Still, even though i was at the window and there was an entire other person being waited on, was entirely fine with the situation and continued to wait. finally our food was handed off and i made the mistake of not checking the bag before pulling out. (maybe this part is my fault yes, but i didn’t want to hold up the line even longer) we get three feet away from the window before realizing our order is wrong and we’re missing three components from our order and the line wrapping around the building, so we decide to call and see if we could come in to sort things out, still, entirely calm and willing. We drive around , nobody opens or is around the first door so we try the other one on the opposite side, no one still. we were waiting on this for 10+ minutes, and the entire walls are glass, nobody was around at all. so i called again while leaving to let them know they really need to get it together, and the employee rudely tried to inform me he was in fact waiting by the door, which i can assure you, he was not. i just truly hope this place improves, not everyone i spoke to was necessarily rude, but many were. Please improve not only for your consumers but also for your truly good employees who do their job well.
