  Pretty sad I had to leave and go somewhere else because they don't know or should I say dont want to take my order let alone say anything as I sit at the intercom waiting and waiting and waiting for them to say anything! 10pm and only one car waiting for food at the window. So they can't blame it on being busy. Totally unnecessary and totally lost all my business. 100 bucks says its a bunch of lazy entitled kids working there

  Every time I come to this McDonald’s, the employees there always have an attitude and speak rudely. I just ordered a McFlurry and it was melted. I did not just pay $7 for melted Ice Cream and it’s not the first nor 2nd time this has happened. This happens every time I order an ice cream from them. I called them and I had to call them 3 times because the first 2 times I was sent straight to voicemail. Their voicemail is full and can’t take any new voicemails. Their third time I called a lady named Jocelyn answered. I asked for her name and she first asked “who’s this” in a rude tone. I found it so unprofessional and I again asked for her name before giving my name. She told me her name was Jocelyn and I explained that there’s been multiple times I’ve got melted Ice cream from them. She said there’s nothing they can do about that. And I asked if I can speak to her supervisor. She said she’s the supervisor and that there’s no one above her. Moving forward im no longer going to order from this McDonald’s.

  They forgot to give me my drink cups so I had to flag someone down. As you can see in the photo, I got the saddest filled o fish they could muster. This is BY FAR the worst location in the city.

  I came in 1/8/26 around 6:45.. it was obviously a bit busy and overwhelming, with some people having small complaints I do want to point out the young man who I believe is John Erick handled the situations appropriately, professionally, calm and polite fixing and keeping up with it all.
