  Ordered a large French fries through the mobile app. Came up to the window and they told me to pull up and I waited 15 minutes for a single large fries order. When it finally came they messed it up by not doing extra salt

  I've been working in the area for the past 4 years. At first the service was quick and accurate. For the past two months the service has been EXTREMELY SLOW and when I've gotten my order it's been all wrong. They always forget something or make the sandwiches ALL WRONG. I normally wouldn't complain but the service has been really bad. I see people just leaving from the drive thru, including myself when there is just one car in line. I have attached a picture of what's supposed to be a steak egg and cheese on a bagel. Went there a second time a week later still same kind of service The girl at the window was on her cell phone and they gave me another sandwich that was not what I ordered I don't know who the manager is there but they need to train their workers better and show them how to do a correct sandwich it doesn't take a lot. Also the coffee cup lids don't stay on and if they are on it leaks every time you take a sip. Law suit waiting to happen.

  Upsetting how terribly slow the service is, especially for being just off the highway. I have ordered on the app and waited 20 minutes with no one else in the drive thru for nuggets and McChicken. They must cook one nugget and one fry at a time at this location. Always being parked or asked to pull ahead to wait. The people aren't rude, but it's definitely not "fast food"

  I'm not sure how you can fail to mix coca cola properly but this places has tasted like watered down dish water for months. When they hand it to you it's see through like iced tea. Maybe they are trying to cut corners but like... Soda syrup isn't that much. Gross

  We waited at the drive thru speaker at 6pm with nobody in line for 5 minutes, and despite me politely saying hello, no answer. I walked in then to check if they were open, and they were. When I told them about the drive thru, the lady just rolled her eyes and said “oh no I’m sorry.”
