- TRToo Real93Nov 3, 20251.0Disappointed in the service I received while I was here. I ordered a small iced Matcha with less ice, and received a small matcha with extra ice. When I came back to have it made correctly I was polite about it and the person working the drive through seemed rude and rudely handed it to me filled half way. Will not be returning.

- KBKatie BoudreauSep 23, 20252.0Really disappointing location. It’s conveniently located to my parents’ house for when I visit, but my visit last weekend was not great. While there’s a lot of staff, no one seemed interested or dedicated to helping inside customers at the register. The guy who eventually took our order wasn’t friendly, didn’t talk, got our order wrong, and didn’t give us a receipt. The donut display case was practically empty, and we had to try and view the donut case next to the drive up window to see if they had the donuts we wanted. There was also a fly hanging out on the donuts in the main display case. Our bagel order was wrong so we had to correct that, and then we had to wait around a while for them to realize no one made our hot cocoa. Poorly ran operation with limited item availability and those inside waiting for pickups or coming to order inside are ignored and left waiting.
- CUCheri UphamSep 17, 20251.0Worst Dunkin in western Ma. Go down the road to the one near Arby's or just go to Cumberland Farms instead. I couldn't even drink the watered coffee I was served today. It was a complete waste of money. I think the workers are intentionally making bad coffee.
