  The hot coffee I asked for was iced. Not even close to the same thing. Now I’m starting my day mad, thanks! I think It’s partly cause the guy taking the order was sweeping the dining area and doing a lot more than the other 5 people behind the counter. This place lacks leadership, team work and communication.

  Ordered a DoorDash order early this morning. Every single coffee was made incorrectly. None of the coffees tasted like coffees, they all tasted so watered down. I have ordered these coffees at different locations many times so I know what they’re supposed to taste like. Tried calling, but no one picks up the phone. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location. If you don’t know how to make coffee You shouldn’t be working. It’s as simple as that. All my coffees were dumped down my drain! Totally ridiculous!!!!

  My go to Dunkin! Always willing to fix any issues with order without hesitation if need be and morning staff is always so kind and make my visit enjoyable.

  I came through the drive through. I ordered an Iced Matcha Latte. I came back after I realized it was my order. I asked for the drink to be corrected via drive through, and was told my order was given to another customer, and that it was a 15 minute wait- due to already being busy and running behind due to poorly trained staff. I witnessed the manager yelling at her employees and very publicly cutting them down- making a scene and, the customers uncomfortable. The managers name was Alyssa, and was aggressive towards her employees during stressful situations. And do not appreciate it due to the fact that I had my kid with me.

  The manager, alyssa, and workers were insanely rude, whispering about customers, got my drink AND food order wrong, and got mad when i asked them nicely to redo it, was talking with coworkers about personal relations with men, and just overall very unprofessional and rude.
