Every time, the same lady takes my extremely simple order, gets it right, and I’m always happy. However, if I go anytime in the afternoon, it’s a total opposite experience. Wrong orders, completely wrong drinks, sometimes they give my order to the person in front of me… it’s a train wreck that baffles me every time because I’m the most simple dunkin customer… and it only seems to happen in the afternoon when it’s the LEAST busy. Giving me honey glazed when I ask for chocolate glazed is a constant trend, giving me a hot drink instead of an iced drink happens frequently, saying they no longer serve specialty drinks when they most certainly do (I was told one time that they no longer serve the Dunkalatte? Yeah right.) i love dunkin man, I really do. And I hate leaving reviews of any kind. But today was just the last straw and also like, the 3rd consecutive mishap. Mistakes happen, I know. But something needs to be done to prevent these tiny little mistakes from happening ever. Single. Time. (Sheik fhr day)
