  I wanted to quickly share some feedback regarding a recent curbside pickup experience I had. When I came to collect my order, it seemed like things were moving quite slowly. I ended up waiting an extra 20 minutes for it to be brought out to my car, which felt like a pretty long time! I also had a thought while I was waiting – I sometimes wonder if the team bringing out orders might assume there's no tip if it's not visible on the digital order. I just wanted to clarify that I always make sure to tip in cash when I pick up my order! Just wanted to flag this, as I usually have a really smooth experience. Bad customer service with assumptions on tipping. Makes me want to choose another dominos !

  My wife & I order from Domino’s Pizza (Chicopee, MA / Across Springfield plaza) all the time for years and for the most part they are good. The ONLY thing I would recommend is to not add xtra cheese because most of the time pizza does not look like it has xtra cheese. Other than that, they are nice, order ready when app saids is ready, del drivers are nice as well and product is good for the price. Use the app to order in which you could find great deals for the moment. I would recommend it..

  Just had a specialty and build your own pizza delivered and honestly this is the best pizza I've ever had!!! Toppings, sauce, cheeses, and crust is so robust I can't believe how good this pizza is!!! All with garlic dipping sauce??? Thank you Domino's!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

  My first time in that store,bad experience. Placed my order on line and when I arrive to the store I followed all directions, I parked In front of the sing to wait for my pizza and put on my hazards after 7 minutes waiting I go inside to ask about my food and everyone looked at eah other like they didn't know anything, after that a young lady gave me my pizza,no apologies or anything 😡😡😡 good food and bad service
