  This is 0 stars. Half the bowl is missing, the rice is hard and undercooked, the chicken is all burnt ends and this deserves 0 stars.

  Edit:) yeah you see the DOZEN other reviews complaining about the stingy old man being cheap with the meat, but heavy on the rice. Whenever I see him, I turn around. Acting like it comes out of his paychec! I bet you’re gonna cover him all the time because he’s the owner or manager. Yall have to fire this old man at this building ONGOD!!! Very fast and efficient food and service with no error. However, I find one employee ( an elderly looking male) skimping on the meats CONSISTENTLY every time I come in and with every customer. Any other employee that’s in charge of taking your order/starting your order, they do fine. They give you a NORMAL amount of food, but this old man gives you half a scoop and then assumes you’ll pay double for a regular scoop.

  Never coming to this location ever again. Went during dinner hours and close nothing was available. Young people stood around while the old man gave the worst costumer service ive ever received. I had plans before eating here. I went home for the night in disappointment.

  Not only was my wife’s order not ready when we arrived, but she was also asked to wait an additional 15 minutes past the quoted pickup time. When she politely asked about the status of her order, she was met with an unpleasant attitude instead of a simple explanation. She was then told to get back in line just to request a side of vinaigrette. The container she was given was only about one-quarter full. When she asked if it could be filled properly, she was told they would charge her double to do so. While she was standing there, the employee spoke to coworkers in front of her and other customers about how “ridiculous” it would be to fill the container more. The vinaigrette has always been included at no charge in our experience, and we have never been charged for it before. However, this time she was charged the price of a salsa side without any clear explanation. To make matters worse, the manager was not helpful in resolving the situation. Overall, the experience was disappointing and handled in a way that felt unprofessional and unnecessary.

  After standing in line for 20 minutes behind people tasting samples, etc, I order a steak quesadilla, only to be told, I can only order a quesadilla online. Unbelievable.
