  Got a door dash order from here today and the fries were dried husks the boneless wings were akin to chewing on rocks and the bone in wings were okay I guess but on the whole most of the food tasted as if it had been sitting around for hours. I was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed

  The food here was actually really good — flavorful and fresh — but the service totally ruined the experience. It took forever to get seated even though there were open tables, and our server barely checked on us. We had to ask multiple times for water and refills, and it felt like we were being ignored most of the time. It’s a shame because the kitchen clearly knows what they’re doing, but the staff definitely needs some training in customer service.

  I went to BWW in chicopee for valentines with my parents yesterday and I believe it was the worst experience of my life. The server was unattentive, we saw our drinks made and waiting to be served and It took over 20 mins. The restuarant had the most rancid smell I have ever encountered. it literally smelt like a sewage plant. disgusting!!!!!!!!!!! The food was so mid, it was COLD AS MY BARE BUTT IN THE WINTER. The manager disregarded any of our concerns and did not apologize for anything about the service we had receive or quite frankly even reseat us away from the bathroom. maybe if we got sat in a better section it would have been better but It was the worst experience I have ever had. I would never eat this tar of fake chicken again.

  We wanted to grab something quick to eat up and arrival we were greeted by 4 waiter's they were all extremely nice, I have met Karina from previous visits she is very friendly and personable always making a great impression for the company. Our waiter name was Joy very friendly and show great interpersonal skill we couldn't stay long do to our son being on the Spectrum he was overstimulated. We asked for our food to go after joy had bring our food our food service was quick She was very understanding and empathetic even told us that she understood do that she work with kids on the spectrum. Even though we had to leave I have to say our experience was great thank You Joy for being so understanding. You're very kind 🙏🏾🤗
