- JMJenna ManziJan 13, 20261.0I’m actually completely disgusted. Today I witnessed once again, the manager on duty speak to her employees like literal garbage. She was degrading and intentionally went out of her way to scream at the poor kid in front of customers. It’s so sad as a former dunkin employee that management is STILL treating their employees that way. I hope something is done about this manager because she’s absolutely REVOLTING. Do better dunkin. I’m going to make sure I let people know about the literal ABUSE that I witnessed from your so called “manager”. Maybe she’s strung out. Or maybe she needs some counseling. What a MISERABLE human being.

That's fine, take it to the back and have a level headed conversation. It's unprofessional, poorly received, and ineffective. Unfortunately I'm sure this review won't make any changes for the poor staff that have to work for this woman because higher ups don't do anything that's requires "work" but this had to get called out. Staff, I see you. Don't let that woman get to you ❤️

If you can get the elite crew, they're amazing. But right now I've been waiting about 20min for 2 drinks and the car infront of me ordered 1 (6 piece) hashbrown and no drink.

I think if you can't deal with people then you shouldn't work there. They gossip more then doing g there job the workers here really need replacing as it feels like a teen school environment and not a professional coffee spot
