  I walked into the store, line wrapped around the tables. The gentleman making the food is an older one, slowly shambling down the line as he takes people's orders one at a time. The person in front of me noticed something in their food they didnt want (a piece of cheese or something), and she kept trying to point it out to him, and at first, he just couldn't hear her, then he spent a solid minute searching the food and he couldn't find it. Only when another coworker came over, immediately spotted it and removed it, did he slowly wrap their food up and make his way back to me. I tried to be quick about my order, "Bowl with cilantro-free white rice, please." He slowly makes his way to the back, only to come up a minute later saying that all the rice in the store is pre-mixed with cilantro. I find this very hard to believe because I order this plenty of times and the will sometimes just pull directly from the rice steamer. I bid them farewell and leave, as i cannot have cilantro chunks in my food. I get that people of all ages have bills to pay, but when it takes this long at a fast-casual restaurant, maybe swap him with someone quite a bit faster. TL;DR: Store claims all rice is premixed with an ingredient i cannot have, which i know is false, and i wasted roughly 25 minutes of my day for it.

  Really disappointed that we asked to add chips and guacamole to our order and we were told that the chips were being saved for Uber Eats orders for the rest of the evening. There was a whole shelf of chips but they wouldn’t sell them to us at 5:30 pm on a Monday because they “had to last until 10 pm”. If you’re a parent with kids who rely on chips as part of your order go to a different location.

  Great food and a fast casual vibe! The burritos are always packed with fresh ingredients, and the staff is super friendly. Perfect spot for a quick and tasty meal!

  I had one of the most unprofessional experiences at Chipotle today. The manager was preparing someone’s food and literally turned to another worker saying, “Look at my gloves, they’re so dirty from washing dishes.” Why would you be touching anyone’s food with dirty gloves—dishwater or not? It felt like some kind of “code” for something, and it was completely unsanitary and uncomfortable to witness. If this is how the manager behaves in front of customers, I can’t imagine what goes on behind the counter. Absolutely unacceptable. I won’t be returning.

  Might be the WORST chipotle I’ve ever been to. WATCH OUT FOR OVER CHARGE. I got 2 bowls and didn’t get any queso on it, they charged 1.70$ extra on both. Didn’t wna refund me because they can’t take it over the phone. They wanted me to drive all the way back 2 hours for couple dollars. INSANE! Service was nice but low quantity, as in take whole scoop of chicken, dump half, and give u half of what’s left. I would’ve taken a pic but it’s full of sauce, I’m literally eating plane rice. They also didn’t have any burritos so was forced to get a bowl. They also didn’t have any beans. Idk why they would open at this point. Psst. No spoons too.
