  Great food and friendly service every time I visit! Their classic roast beef sandwich never disappoints, and the curly fries are always a must-have. Can't wait to go back for another delicious meal!

  Grabbed a mobile order from Arby's in Chicopee. The app said 6:20pm. The very helpful staff were putting our order on the pickup shelf as we walked in at 6:20 on the nose. They handed over some extra horsey sauce and we were out the door with a perfectly executed order. An 8 minute drive did 0 damage to my families dinner. Everything was crispy that should be crispy. Curly Fry containers packed and hot. The classic beef and cheddar cannot be beat. My 8 yo asked for Arby's and I'm glad she did. Do yourself a favor and get 30 to 40 orders of the peach eggroll desserts. Simple but incredible. Also, the dining room was pretty crowded and customers looked happy.
