The staff sucks big time but the worst part is they close before they are supposed to all the time. Says 2pm close but doors will be locked by 1:00-1:30 with staff still inside on their phones. Not to mention if you order after 12:00 they will be out of 75% of their bagel types. Just go to dunkin at this point

I was getting bagels for my fellow nurses who also have to work a long 12 hour shift. If we treated you at the hospital the same way you treated me you surely wouldn’t like it. I can understand you may have things going on personally that may affect your work performance. Perhaps you shouldn’t work in food service where you have face to face contact with customers

- CTChris TOct 4, 20162.0Went here on a Saturday afternoon the lines were extremely long and seemed to be understaffed. It normally takes me around 5 minutes to order and get my bagel, today it took 15 minutes. When I placed my order the women got my bagel placed it on the counter to cut it and left without telling anyone so I waited for 4 or 5 customers behind me to get served before I asked another worker if anyone was going to finish my order. On top of that they had only one worker working the cash register along with making coffee and other drinks which should be a two person job.
