  The food here has just gotten so bad. This place used to be so good now it’s disgusting. The cream cheese on my bagel was chunky and tasted off.

  After getting my order wrong 9/10 times, I finally decided to leave a review to reflect how poor the service here is. Don’t know why it’s so hard to for staff to get a simple bagel order correct. I told the person who took my order about three times that I wanted light cream cheese, and received no cream cheese at all on my bagel- seriously, who orders a bagel without cream cheese? This is happened on multiple occasions with different staff along with my order being completley different from what I asked for, so it’s definitely not the fault of any individual person. It baffles me how something so simple becomes so complicated for the people that work here.

  Young kids work the fastest they can. Place was good. I ate from this place every morning while I was in Brookline. I loved that I can make.my own coffee. They give you a choice of skim milk, almond, whole , cream and different flavored coffees. Nice place to go.

  I’m not joking at all I’m saying this is the worst Brueggers bagels I’ve ever been too. This is not based off one visit I’ve been here 10+ times. The staff sucks big time but the worst part is they close before they are supposed to all the time. Says 2pm close but doors will be locked by 1:00-1:30 with staff still inside on their phones. Not to mention if you order after 12:00 they will be out of 75% of their bagel types. Just go to dunkin at this point
