Best restaurant service I’ve ever had, Kevin the manager was so welcoming and so nice. He really made you feel like you were a friend, even though this is my first time at this location we had conversation while he was cleaning the tables. My server Vicente was just as nice and very attentive. Give me a little bit time on the menu I was very nice and caring throughout the whole experience. The food was amazing as always I’ve been to other locations, but not this one, I live in Providence so it’s about an hour drive, but I will definitely come here more often it’s worth it. Thank you guys!

We had a lovely dinner for my daughter’s birthday. We drove to Boston from New York to celebrate her special day. We were tired and some of us may have been grumpy until we were seated by Chyna. We were soo lucky that she was also our waitress. We may be a little loud but we are definitely fun. Chyna was professional and very polite. We had her doing laps back and forth to the bar and the kitchen. She never complained and was top notch!! Chyna and the staff sang happy birthday and let me tell you they all could they carry a tune! Thanks for a great delish and fun meal. Oh yeah get the roasted Tuscan veggies. They were outstanding! We can’t wait to be back.

Chyna was the most incredible server we ever had!! We’ve been to nearly every bertuccis in the country, and we were blown away by the service Chyna provided. She made us laugh, smile, and have the best time celebrating a special occasion.

STAY AWAY. If you order takeout, I think you will like their food. Not love it, but at least like it. However, if you dine in, you will regret that decision for the rest of the evening and maybe throughout the next day. We were a group of 8, including teenagers who, as you know, tend to have relatively low expectations about restaurant quality. The host greeted us, and as soon as he heard that we needed a table for 8 seemed confused or annoyed (even though the restaurant was almost empty and we had a confirmed reservation). After we sat at our table, the waiter did not bring the menus for approximately 5 minutes (again, the restaurant was almost empty, and we were the only table assigned to him). After we ordered our drinks and food, he disappeared for approximately 15 minutes. I noticed that our drinks were ready and on the bar's shelf for pickup. I called him and asked him whether he could bring the drinks to the table. He apologized and brought them. Once the food was ready, he brought it to the table, handed the plates to each individual (did not place them on the table himself!!!!), and even crossed his arms over some of the guests without even excusing himself for the inappropriate manner of serving the plates (again, empty restaurant and table located right in the middle of the hall without anything or anyone blocking movement or making difficult serving the plates the proper way). Back to my initial point: the food was good, not great, but good. My son asked for butter a few times, but the waiter forgot to bring it. Finally, the manager brought it, which was a relief. HERE COMES THE BEST PART: As we were finishing our meal, the waiter came back (not one, not two, but three times) and repeatedly said: "We don't want to rush you, but let me know if you want the check." We kindly said that we were still in the middle of it, but appreciated the information he provided. 15 minutes later, he brought the check (we still had not asked for it). He asked us how many to-go boxes we wanted. We replied 4, he counted 4, and he said to himself 4. He brought 4, but proceeded to pick up the plate of one of the teenagers, who assumed his meal (almost intact) would be packed into the box. Was it??? Of course not, he threw it away back in the kitchen. When asked, "What did you do?" he apologized profusely. Throughout the evening, the manager was a no-show, except for bringing the butter and preventing my son from eating his food at a nearby table closer to the TV (he wanted to watch NCAA basketball). The manager suggested that he could not seat a single guest (even though the group was by then 10 people total, as 2 additional friends had arrived after we had been seated). I have no doubt that both the manager (a man, dont have his name) and the waiter (another man, dont have his name) can have successful careers in construction, plumbing, electricity, but certainly not interacting directly with clients. In sum, STAY AWAY.
