I’ve been feeling down in the dumps lately. Things aren’t the same. When the season comes for Shamrock shake related items I feel as if I am walking on air! A green hue befalls me it feels like! Today was one of the last days to get a shamrock shake McFlurry and I treated myself to one. Firstly it took several minutes just to get a simple shake. I had to race back to my office from how long it took to order (THE WORST!!!) Once I sat down at my desk I opened the cup and was welcomed with this (pictured below). My disappointment and anger is insurmountable. Tire weights? And some kind of weird goop? Is this what we’re doing now? Gooping sweet treats? I was promised a shamrocktastic day today and was slapped in the face with this instead. Management needs to take a long hard look at the staff and tighten up their day to day operations. UNBELIEVABLE!

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The cashier was extremely rude when informing me that they didn’t have a frappe available. Not only was it difficult to understand her because she didn’t speak clearly, but instead of being patient or helpful, she quickly became irritated and responded with attitude.
On top of that, there were two employees outside cleaning the driveway, which made it even harder to hear her. Despite this situation, she made no effort to communicate better or provide good customer service.
Customer service should always come first, and unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that at all. I hope management addresses this issue, as customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism.

Management is not it: they truly don’t know what they’re doing. Couldn’t apply promo code, then messed up my order and couldn’t refund. There’s a reason they have less than 4 stars! Do not waste your time.
