- YNYvonne Gastelu - NouriMar 27, 20262.0I’m usually a big fan of Dunkin, but this specific location has been very disappointing. On one visit, I saw a manager yelling at a cashier in front of customers over a small mistake. It created a very uncomfortable atmosphere and didn’t reflect good leadership at all. On another visit, I noticed the same manager serving a drink from a large order that was only filled halfway. Several customers noticed but didn’t say anything, likely because she is the manager. Unfortunately, the service at this location feels unprofessional and rude. I hope management can improve the way staff and customers are treated.
