    I’m not sure what’s going on in their kitchen, but they seem inconsistent with their taste and quality. The chef doesn’t seem to taste the food or check the marination, as the salt levels are often way off. Most of the time, the food is so salty that even one piece of chicken is hard to eat. I ordered the jambalaya, and it looked nothing like what’s shown on their website. It was extremely salty, dull in flavor, and the rice was dark brown and overcooked—no vibrant color or balance at all. It’s disappointing that their food quality can’t remain consistent with each order.

    I ordered take out from this restaurant and will never order from here again. I do not recommend the food here as the food quality is very poor. The mashed potatoes with gravy was spoiled and tasted sour. The Mac n cheese was questionable, but was not sour like the mashed potatoes with gravy. The jambalaya was extremely dry, and I suspect that this was also very old as it appears that tons of salt was added to make it appear as though it was not old—it tasted completely like salt. The fried chicken was extremely salty although crispy. This was the only edible item in this meal. The quality of this food is abysmal. I would never order from here, nor would I recommend this place to anyone. Customers could get sick from the spoiled food being served. There needs to be a health inspection check of this restaurant to monitor the food being served.
