- LGLanda Gonzalez6 days ago1.0I come here a couple times a month, but I am absolutely done. The food freshness is top tier, but the customer service is HORRIBLE. The cashiers/baggers are perfect, but the managers, wow. One manager in mind works near the front checkout, yet shes rarely doing her job. I have noticed her yell at so many customers and give such horrible negative attitude. She also is very rude to other co-workers, while they simply just ask a question. Last week I asked one of the front checkout employees if they have an item in stock because I couldn’t find it, but I was just making sure that it wasn’t in a different aisle or something, and the employee was talking to me with such great customer service, and then she interrupted and told me if it’s not there, then we do not have it (with such demanding rude attitude). DONT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU CANT ACT LIKE A GOOD HUMAN 🤦🏿♀️ dmv is clearly hiring🤦🏿♀️
