Drinks from the Coke Freestyle machine are hit or miss regarding which flavors are out. I only go here in a pinch. Food is consistently good. Staff are usually friendly and helpful though there are a few folks that seem to be NPCs and have only the basic verbal communication skills.

This isn’t a one time issue either, on a previous order, items were missing as well. It’s frustrating to pay, take time to make all these customizations and not receive them. Consistency and attention to orders really need improvement. Edit 1/7/25: I was contacted by their district manager regarding my feedback and I was assured that they will do their best to prevent such incidents in the future. This really shows that they care about their customers. Very much appreciated. I will definitely be going back to this location again.
