I waited 5 minutes for a black coffee. After taking my order the cashier stood at the coffee station on their phone. I will not be back to any dunkin.

Sorry, but we all have days where we might not want to work. We tried ordering munchkins for my sick son, and they were missing several flavors; all we could get was glazed and chocolate. Either through delayed shipment, or refusal to make fresh ones; who knows? When we got home and checked the food, the munchkins we recieved were clearly from yesterday, so I am going to assume the latter. I ordered a blueberry muffin, a donut, and loaded hash browns. The pastries echoed the same day-old flavoring and staleness; and they forgot my hash browns that I paid for altogether. I hope this low rating and review warns others enough to avoid losing their money towards this spot; and maybe it'll just become a starbucks someday and try again.

She even went out of her way, came over to where I had seated to clarify my coffee. The donuts were stale, but the overall experience and customer service (even the bathrooms were pretty clean had soap and toilet paper. Definitely a plus lol.) I mean the fact the loby was even open today was awesome. The overall experience made those donuts taste good for being stale.

Atmosphere says "we don't care". You can tell a cheap franchise owner because they never stock the small straws, and the big ones are too big for a Sm or Med iced coffee. 6 workers on staff, two with clipboards looking busy but not helping while several of us were waiting. Kitchen is visible and doesn't inspire confidence.
