Place just seems kinda dirty. The food line set up looked old. . The meat looked DRY. Nothing looked fresh. I got a bowl. It tasted decent. But nah. Not going back.

Really disappointed with my order today. I paid nearly $20 for a bowl that was barely filled. There were hardly any beans or meat, and the bowl looked half-empty from the start, I thought it was an absolute joke. When I asked for a normal portion, I was told it would be an extra charge, which makes no sense when the original serving wasn’t even close to standard.
I don’t mind paying for extra meat when the portions are fair — but charging extra when the bowl is already under-filled feels like I’m being charged just to get the amount that should have been included in the first place.
For the price Chipotle charges now, the portions should be skimped out and instead it should be consistent and reasonable. This was honestly not worth the money and left me still hungry. This location needs to do better, really hoping management addresses the portion control issue here.

Consistency is important. Came here Tuesday 10/28. Great experience. Gentleman at the register was talking employees seem lively. I Came back 10/30 as it wasn't that bad on the 28th.
10/30- Woman making my food doesn't know what carnitas is. Gives me only a third of a portion I got on Tuesday. Doesn't close the lid so I almost drop it, thank god I didn't ask for a bag cause it would of spilled everywhere. No forks, fountain soda area is a disaster and disgusting. They had an empty sample cup or something on top of the food case. Kid at register was higher than a kite, I could see my reflection in his glassy eyes. Whispers under his breath so you gotta keep asking what. Doesn't ask if I want a drink or what size I'd like.
I would definitely have a talk with the staff and management here cause it doesn't look like a single person knew how to work in a kitchen, so either it is bad workers or bad training.
More cheese than carnitas and rice combined, sad.

ordered via mobile app. arrived on time w notification it’s ready. Told staff my name and order isn’t there. showed them the order on my app and they told me someone else must have taken it. Okay. Instead of remaking it the lady tells me to line up (there’s a line to the door) and just order again and talk to customer support to get my order refunded. What? Walked out after that. Never had so many issues than at this location it’s crazy. This isn’t the first time and usually I can deal with small portions or missing ingredients, it’s whatever, but i’m not sure why I was treated rudely as a burden or at fault because someone else took my order and I was waiting on mine. It was just strange. Ordered on 10/17. Probably never going here again - westford / nashua locations are marginally better go there.
