This is the worst experience I’ve ever had … the portion size SUCKS and I’m not even talking about the meats… I ask for more pico, cheese, lettuce … the employee gives me not even half a spoon mind you the toppings are free !! Then I ask 4 times for more!! she rolls her eyes and gives me again a pinch of pico like to the point I was getting aggravated why do I have to feel aggravated while trying to order food ?? Had to ask for a manager because after the third time I asked for more lettuce because she gave me a tiny pinch and then looked me dead in my eye and gave me a little nother pinch of lettuce .. the manager was nice but didn’t offer to fix the bowl… never coming here again because why do they make me feel like im the problem lol. Chipotle DO BETTER!!!!!!!!!

Their food is disgusting. I’ve given them 3 separate chances to redeem themselves because they weren’t always terrible and at this point I don’t see them going anywhere but downwards. The chicken was WAYYY too salty and tasted like charcoal, I’m not sure if the grill wasn’t properly cleaned because the chicken itself self wasn’t burnt it just tasted burnt. The tomato salsa was old and mushy and the chips weren’t freshly fried they were greasy, flimsy and salted to the highest power. Just save your money and go somewhere else.

How do yall stop cooking steak 3-4 hours before close. This is the third and last time I came to this location way before close and they stopped cooking steak. And they skimp every meal you order on the app, have to order in person or you get half to portions.

I just came from there & the lady serving my food was very cheap very small portions & miserable & not to clean if they don’t want to work dont come in to work like that geez she was so miserable serving food charge me almost $19 I used to love coming to this place also the lady serving me was micromanaging another lady in the line that didn’t look too happy either 2/3/26 at 1:15pm smile you’ll live longer 😁

I stopped by your establishment today and I had a Spanish lady in her 20s make a mistake on my order.
I had ordered double protein and she was going to triple charge me for the order
I attempted to ask a question that I thought would resolve the problem but she was unwilling to help me
She started to get loud and rude. At that point I said I didn't want the food anymore and I asked for the manager
When the manager came over the Spanish lady was constantly interrupting. and was very loud and very hostile. Using profanity and name calling. Talking to the manager in Spanish but she did not realize that I'm also bilingual.
I wasn't trying to debate with her I come to this place every day and never had a problem. I just wanted to be charged properly and be treated with proper customer service.
All of the other team members here have been great I come every day after work from working at 12 hour shift at my job as a manager.
My experience today with this person left a very bad impression... Of her as a Chipotle team member. When you're dealing with the public you should have some respect for people
