  I was actually surprised at Cavas atmosphere I never tried their food or been to a location before then other day. The customer service was really good everyone was so nice. Everything was so clean. I had a brief conversation with a guy named Chris who was behind the counter he was funny and kind and helped choose my toppings. 10/10 ! Will definitely go back.

  I love Cava..food taste good and you dont feel like crap after eating it. But that's where the good ends, ordering in their app or online they often make MANY mistakes. You pick up your order and half the stuff you ordered is MISSING! Its annoying. Ordered hummus, nope not in my bowl. Ordered steak bowl but did half chicken half steak...nope no chicken. Ordered avocado, nope none. Just annoying and a waste of money and a trip there.

  Matthew was a great help I usually see him part of the night crew but today he was holding it down in the morning and keeping his friendly spirit as always!!. His quickness and ability to still interact with me was great. He’s clearly a younger manager and is moving like a professional. Even suggested the crazy feta dip that was amazing. Thank you Matthew and the rest of the cava team over here in Chelmsford. Will be back again real soon

  The CAVA in Drum Hill, Chelmsford is hands down one of my favorite spots for a quick, healthy meal! The food is always super fresh, flavorful, and beautifully put together. The team here is consistently friendly and welcoming! I love how customizable the bowls are, and the ingredients always taste top quality. My favorite go to is the harissa honey chicken avacado bowl. The restaurant is clean, bright, and well run, and even during busy times, the line moves quickly. Whether I’m grabbing lunch on the go or dining in, this CAVA location never disappoints. Huge thanks to the staff for keeping the quality and service top-notch every time!

  I really really really enjoy coming to CAVA! The food is good and delicious, and the place is always clean and welcoming. I want to give a special shout-out to Marty and Matthew — they’re both incredibly kind, funny, and make every visit a great experience hence why I always come back ☺️ The entire staff is amazing and always provides excellent service. Definitely a 10/10 — highly recommend!
