I was helped by Victoria, she was extremely friendly, respectful, and attentive. That’s completely unacceptable and honestly pretty gross. By the third time they made it, it finally came out correct, but by then the whole experience was ruined. Food safety and cleanliness should be a basic standard, not something customers have to hope for. I shouldn’t have to check my bowl every time before eating. The staff remade it, but this shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Really frustrating experience.

The atmosphere felt positive and genuine. I especially want to thank Victoria — she was incredibly kind and patient with me. I don’t usually come to this restaurant and wasn’t very familiar with the menu, but she took her time to explain the different options and helped me feel comfortable while ordering. She never rushed me and made sure I understood everything. It’s rare to find such attentive and warm customer service. I truly appreciated the experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place!
