  amazing experience at CAVA! mony and victoria do a great job with my bowl perfectly and customer service everytime. definitely recommend going back!

  Love the portions here and the food is always fresh. The lines are never long and the employees here are awesome. Thanks to Munesu who helped me build a bowl for my mom with his recommendations!

  This Cava is fantastic. I prefer ordering there in person (which is weird because most other places I’d rather order on the app), and every time they are so helpful. My daughter doesn’t want her foods to all be on top of each other and the employees we have encountered have all been super willing to try to accommodate her! Plus, the food is delicious and they have been generous with the portion sizes (especially ordering in store).

  I placed a pickup order and, when I checked the bowls, there was barely anything in them. Usually the portions are generous, so it honestly felt like only scraps had been put into the two bowls I bought. I told David about the situation, and without any hesitation, he immediately fixed the order. He was friendly, understanding, and made sure the bowls were remade with the proper portions. His quick response and willingness to help really turned the experience around. Very good customer service, and David was extremely helpful. I truly appreciate how professionally he handled the issue.
