  Every single time I come here they mess up. you can ask every single person working multiple times for something as simple as sweet and sour sauce and you will never get it. I have been scammed ny this place plenty of times and payed for orders that aren't even mine. refused a refund. refused food. This location is the WORST and they need all new staff asap.

  I went to this establishment earlier today with my family as a late dinner. We pull up to the drive thru since its supposed to be faster, which half of the time isn't. I start to order with the young guy, as I'm talking he says he can't hear me and to repeat it. Which is fine since sometimes the intercom cuts out some noise, again he says to repeat the whole order, he says that at least 3 times. Then he finally says to order at the window, so I drive forward.im not sure if he was new or just slow, but I had to repeat my order once again and he kept screwing it up asking me the same questions that i already told him several times before. He then says to wait just a second and closes the window, a woman which i assume is the manager walks over and tries to help but ultimately makes this worse since both are deer in the headlights. I wait longer, its been about 10 minutes so far and i haven't even given him the full order. Finally he opens the window and i finish the order. I pull up to the other window to collect my food, another 5 minutes of waiting, in total of 15 minutes for a drive thru thats supposed to be quick and easy, to make matters worse half the workers dont understand a word your saying, cant speak english either so your basically talking with a brik wall. In conclusion to this I am probably never going back, its slow, workers are rude and don't understand English.

  I really don't know where to begin?? I never got to order, I just drove away after 10 minutes. The truck behind me was clearly irritated, because he was doing burnouts almost rear ending me. I really don't care about your (excuses) it's a drive through!! It's meant to be quick!! You failed!! You lost a customer!!
