Bagels not toasted, basically no cream cheese on the bagels, missing items, coffee is undrinkable. Today we actually went inside to order and the guy taking our order had no idea what we wanted. We ordered a coffee with unsweetened vanilla. He actually had to ask us which bottle is sweetened vs unsweetened. The staff need better training, but for now this place is a miss.

Hash browns were absolutely cold and soggy. There is something sketchy going on. This place was fine last year. The past few months, not so much. Look at your food and drink before you decide to eat please. I have a feeling

In what works do you go into Dunks and they are out of hot chocolate.. ok when will it be refilled.. the staff member shared oh probably after 3PM.. mind you it’s 9:50 in the morning. Uggg it’s just frustrating and disappointing.. POOR SERVICE & EXPERIENCE all around.

I ask everytime, same people,bc they only have 1-2 people working, tint bit of ice, Less, Less Ice, Never Fails, Full to the top w/ Ice. Last 4 times, I've gotten my hot coffee, full of grounds. It's disgusting. Then one lady gets passed when I see a full cup of ice, Please dump almost all that our, its like I've asked her to run the Marathon. I apologize I didn't snap pics the last few times, & there was Way more, but they were in my teeth, and my mouth.
