  I am writing this review because of a serious food safety issue and the extremely unprofessional way it was handled by both the driver and the manager. My order was delivered without following my instructions. When I received it, there was chewing gum stuck to the outside of the pizza box, and both pizza boxes were completely unsealed. Because of this, I did not feel safe consuming the food. I immediately called the store to report the issue. The driver, who identified himself as Tarek, and the manager both responded by accusing me of “just wanting my money back” rather than addressing the food safety concern. The conversation escalated quickly and unnecessarily. Both the driver and the manager raised their voices, spoke to me in an aggressive and dismissive manner, and repeatedly talked over me instead of listening. Their tone was infuriating, hostile, and completely unprofessional. At no point did either of them show concern about the unsealed packaging or the foreign object attached to the box. I was asked to return the food, which could have been reasonable, but given the condition of the delivery and the way I was spoken to, the situation became uncomfortable and confrontational rather than solution-focused and I did not feel comfortable meeting the unprofessional driver with a nasty mouth and manners. Unsealed food containers and foreign objects on delivery packaging are unacceptable in food service. The way this situation was handled showed a complete lack of professionalism and concern for customer safety. It's like they wanted me to lose my mind when speaking with them.

  I hate to write this as I order from here often, but as of 12/14/25 do not sign any receipts.They may give you if you have paid online for delivery. One of their delivery drivers took it upon themselves to add themselves.A two dollar tip and the manager is only willing to just give me the two dollars back.I cannot support a business that is willing to steal from its customers.

  Overall disappointing customer service. Ordered car side delivery and they forgot one of my drinks. Of course I didn't find out till I got all the way home. Called for a refund or credit, but was denied as the amount was too small. They told me I could come back to the store myself to get my drink, which I wasn't going out of my way to do. Lady over the phone told me that the next time I visit, they will give me the drink I was owed, and that they will keep track of it via telephone to log it. Next time I showed up for my drink, they gave me an incredibly difficult time, and they were saying that they have no logged information that I was missing my drink from my previous order. This was my go-to Dominos location, but not anymore.
