- KAKay AndersonDec 31, 20253.0I used to really love this store, even driving 30 minutes out of my way to come here. However my last few visits have left me perplexed at what is going on there. A few weeks ago I checked out through a cashier and had my groceries on the belt with heavy things first, then all of my cold items, then vegetables and then soft items (bread and eggs). I am still trying to figure out how they packaged my bananas in with my frozen foods. Today I witnessed an employee doing an online order and she was literally throwing items into the cart from feet away, including vegetables. I’m sure the client ordering is going to appreciate her two avocados tossed into the bottom of the cart from a few feet away! I watched her do this with multiple items. I did state as such to a supervisor at the front of the store. Also, when I arrived to check out with the clerk, I said “hello how are you” when she didn’t acknowledge my presence. She responded “I’m ok” and never said another word to me. Not my total, not have a good day. Nothing. Didn’t even respond when I said thank you. Are you not training these people on common things like how to pack a bag, be polite/customer service or how to care for peoples orders? Very disappointed!
