- KRKatharyn RosalesApr 3, 20261.0Older woman with darker hair and no visor, I think I heard someone call her Olivia, is so rude to the employees. The way I heard her speaking to employees while I was standing in line made me turn around and walk out. Someone needs to get that woman under control. Whether she’s an employee or a manager there she needs to be fired, truly disgusting how she speaks to people.

And when you get to the window to pick up your order, employees are usually chatting with each and look at you like your bothering them and your order is sitting there. They are always out of milk for tea, but yet im sure they sell milk in their cooler, but just won't open one up. They are always stating cash only but is it? The owner should be aware of this. Its easier to drive a few more miles to get your order (correctly) and in a timely manner. I do not like to post bad reviews but this has happened several times in the past few months, its not just a one time occurrence.

The English muffin was not at all toasted and both the egg and sausage were not even cooked all the way thru, both cold in middle. I was so hungry! Now just hungry and grossed out. I don’t even know why would hand that out.
