We originally rented two booths for a company event, and wanted to downsize to 1 booth because we had several employees cancel. When asking the service desk if we could downsize, we were told this was not possible, and we had to forfeit our deposit because we were booked as an "event". It's very unfortunate, we feel we were "nickel and dimed" over $100-$150... I was surprised a large corporation like TopGolf wouldn't just accommodate this request. We will no longer be hosting events here and would tread lightly with their team!
