I wasn’t sure what to order, and he took the time to recommend a sandwich and suggest the perfect toppings. His warm attitude and great customer service made the whole experience so much better. When I asked for more, the staff tried to charge me double — even though the portion I received was far below what it should’ve been. The quality and care put into the food were terrible, and I ended up feeling sick after eating it. Subway really needs to work on proper food management and customer service — this experience was cheap, nasty, and very disappointing.
