Still offering fresh ingredients, produce, meats, stocked shelves and plenty of parking believe it or not. As I left I made sure to thank an employee by the front desk getting slammed by well, just about everything It was obvious they were getting beat up. There was only one register open as I’m sure many employees couldn’t make it in due to the storm obviously If I were to give only one star or a failing grade period? It would be to the over obsessed, beyond spoiled and over privileged customers. You would think they would simply be grateful that not only they had a supermarket to go to but that they were even open after the insanity that went on for the past two days before. But no, back to flying down isles and around corners at top speed not caring about who was in front of them, nevertheless around the corners and complaining about the fact that they had to sit in a line for the self checkout that in my opinion moved pretty fast ( one woman just stood in the middle of everything and just shook her head which I thought was pretty funny ) Anyways just had to stop and give a salute to Shaws and everyone that was able to come in to serve the public today. Although many don’t care, I do. I for one am grateful, thankful and I sincerely appreciate your hard work and dedication. Thank you!

- RKRobert KelleyFeb 16, 20261.0Went to Shaw's at Cobb's Corner to buy flowers and candy for Valentine's Day. I got the "dozen" rose bouquet. Got home and put them in a vase. Looked very nice until I started counting how many there were. I only had 10 roses! I was disappointed to say the least. I'm thinking they are open and in the vase so I own them, but for my own curiosity I went back to Shaw's to check the other bouquets. All the bouquets except for one did not have 12 roses! Some had 10, some had 11. My disappointment has turned to aggravation as I realize the customers were purposely being duped to maximize profit! Very sad to think that people are being taken advantage of on a day that is representative of love. I have been a loyal customer of Shaw's for a long time but will have to rethink that after this. What else can we be scammed on throughout the store that we are unaware of. Buyer beware!!!
