  STAY AWAY ! This place is famous for the wrong orders, incomplete orders and messed up orders.Highly incompetent staff. They don't know how to make a pizza.

  This was for my son’s birthday party at Its 2 cool Canton and the order took almost a hour to come even though they are 12 mins from the location. I ordered online and paid with my debit card and included the tip. The delivery driver arrived LATE and was demanding an additional tip, telling my spouse and I, “he’s tired”. We told him we included the tip and he wasn’t satisfied. Driver proceeded to return the tip in CASH to be petty and say he needs nothing from us. It’s shameful and if this was my store he would be fired. He was late, food was subpar and he was just creepy and rude. On top of it all you don’t know what someone’s money is like, you don’t demand a tip, it’s for good service not because it’s owed to you and if your not satisfied with your job don’t take it out on your customers. First and last for me and this location unfortunately. I wouldn’t order here for a big party.

  False advertising! Their pizzas do not look like what's show on TV. Ordered a large 2-topping pizza, $6.99 special - repeated the 2 toppings three times!! When picked up, they don't show you your order so when I left I saw only 1 topping. I called to report it and the guy argued with me relentessly and said that's what I ordered - I said common sense, it's a 2-topping pizza, why would I do that??? Then hung up on me!

  We placed in order on the app for 2 pizzas and 2 sides at 11:58 it told us it would be ready in 12-22 minutes and when we showed up at 12:22, we went inside to pick it up - 24 minutes after ordering and the worker said it wouldn’t be ready for 15 minutes and acted like we were crazy for expecting it to be ready. He was also not actively working - not making pizza or boxes or anything just standing there. We were still still waiting when I opened the app and saw it showed he had been prepping them since 11:58. We finally got our food at 12:34, 36 minutes instead of 12-22 as quoted. Also there was no one there on a Saturday at noon, it wasn’t like we were ordering pizza during the Super Bowl. Furthermore, he wasn’t wearing gloves and touching food with your bare hands is prohibited in this town’s health code, everyone has it posted.
