  Messed up my order twice it's a medium hot with almond milk sugar and vanilla shot very simple. They loaded it up with more milk than coffee and put it on the sticker then proceed to give me an attitude for checking the coffee and asking them to make it right. I cant drink milk I will literally poop myself. So after rolling her eyes and sighing because how dare i ask for my coffee to be made how i drink it. She makes it the exact same way I watched her do it and hand it back to me. Way to continue a crappy morning

  I had a pretty disappointing experience at this Dunkin location. When I walked in, the staff seemed overwhelmed and were openly complaining about how “slammed” and stressed they were, which made the environment feel uncomfortable as a customer. It took about 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me to take my order. We arrived around 1:30 PM and didn’t end up leaving until 2:03 PM, which is a long time for what should be a quick stop. After ordering, we waited nearly 20 minutes, and there didn’t seem to be any organization behind the counter. Orders were coming out slowly and without much coordination. On top of that, the store itself didn’t appear very clean, which added to the overall negative experience. I understand that places get busy, but professionalism, organization, and cleanliness should still be a priority. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet those expectations.

  I had an unpleasant experience due to the employee’s attitude. Instead of speaking politely, the staff member raised her voice at me over a small misunderstanding. As a customer, I felt disrespected. I hope the store can address this and improve customer service in the future.
