    Horrible service make you ring a bell when you walk in or they make you wait . I have sat there 10 minutes for service. Ice coffees they make are never mixed or have any ice in them because of using hot coffee when they dont have enough. Changed hours on there customers with no notice at all . Do not recommend that branch at all.

    If you like a 75% chance your order is going to be wrong, or you like your lattes weaker than licking the outside of a cup of Peets, or you just like sitting at the window for 10 minutes with 0 customers in the restaurant and 4 employees visible through the drive-through window (don't worry, one will eventually run to the window with your order, but it will somehow still be cold despite the apparent urgency) then boy do I have the Dunkin for you! I'd like to be clear, many of them are very polite and pleasant to interact with, but the habitual order inaccuracies suggest poor training on site, and the weakness of many drinks compared to other locations suggests either product stretching to save a bit of money, or else poor machine calibration/maintenance. Regardless, overall impressions are a bit of a shame. Because it is a such a high traffic location, I'm sure it does great numbers. Which means it's unlikely to change because of 1 or 2 reviews like this. But if anyone is reading, please...we just ask for a bit better service, lower wait times (even off peak), and warmer food
