  I strongly discourage everyone from going to this location. The manager is extremely rude and unhelpful. I had an order from August 2025 that was canceled since the power went out. It was too late when a male manager returned my call about the order to get a refund so he said there was a $40 credit on my account. I had to call and place the order and give my phone number to be able to use that order. Well, I tried to use that credit today and a female manager answered the phone. While I was extremely patient and trying to explain she gave me an attitude like I was bothering her and extremely rude. She would cut me off saying I had no order history at that store and she’s been the manager this whole time. Now, I said I would double check and make sure I have the location right. I was right, so I called back and relayed that. While I’m trying to come to some compromise because I should have had a $40 credit, she cuts me off and says I can’t help you and hangs up. I attempted to call customer support but every number leads to a bot. I was driving that way anyways, so I went to the location in person to show the manager that I had received a call from that location in August 2025 to prove I wasn’t mistaken. She gave me the same attitude while, again, I was trying to be understanding and calm. She would not help me, and when I asked for a corporate number to call, she told me, “I can’t do that, use google or chat gpt,” and then walked away from me. Another customer saw the entire interaction and agreed she was very rude. I can’t believe that a chain restaurant would allow a manager to treat customers like that and just not give any assistance. This lady need to be fired or receive better training.

  This was for my son’s birthday party at Its 2 cool Canton and the order took almost a hour to come even though they are 12 mins from the location. I ordered online and paid with my debit card and included the tip. The delivery driver arrived LATE and was demanding an additional tip, telling my spouse and I, “he’s tired”. We told him we included the tip and he wasn’t satisfied. Driver proceeded to return the tip in CASH to be petty and say he needs nothing from us. It’s shameful and if this was my store he would be fired. He was late, food was subpar and he was just creepy and rude. On top of it all you don’t know what someone’s money is like, you don’t demand a tip, it’s for good service not because it’s owed to you and if your not satisfied with your job don’t take it out on your customers. First and last for me and this location unfortunately. I wouldn’t order here for a big party.
