  The service at this location is extremely poor. Employees stay in the back and often don’t come to the counter to assist customers, leaving people waiting for long periods without any acknowledgment. On one occasion, I waited about 15 minutes just for an employee to show up at the counter. After placing a very simple order — just a Big Mac — it took another 30 minutes for the food to be ready. In addition to the long wait, the staff come across as rude and inattentive, frequently ignoring customers. Instead of focusing on efficient service, they seem more interested in chatting and joking among themselves.

  It is the worst McDonald’s in the Cambridge area. After the store was renovated, the employees started hiding in the back, and the service got much worse. It’s the slowest fast-food place I’ve ever seen — I waited more than 20 to 30 minutes just for fries and 10 nuggets. The staff are rude and careless, ignoring customers who stand waiting at the counter for a long time. In addition, the employees spend time joking around and chatting inside instead of doing their job quickly and efficiently.

  Easily one of the worst McDonald's. The food is bad as is, but this location is wild. Clown show. My friend waited 30 mins to get food because of how disorganized this location is. They will close down the dining area and bathrooms even during regular service 3 hours before closing time. Food was also bad and incorrect. Just don't go here it's not worth it.

  This McDonald's was okay. I had a special request which they didn't do for me but made some excuse about it like the system wouldn't let them. They very easily could have gone back there and said hey put this on the burger. Food coming out was pretty good. Location's kind of boring in a strip mall and the insides nothing special.

  Worst McDonald. Unprofessional people with terrible customer service. Today they gave one food delivery driver’s order to someone else and the driver was standing there for 1 hour asking for the order. All they said is sorry someone stole it. Then they asked him to cancel on his app. Which was wrong as it was not that driver’s fault that the Macdonald employee messed up. Terrible service and trash place.
