I press the need help button, and wait...and wait...and wait...while the staff stands around talking, even though I make eye contact and they definitely see the blinking light... The "I'm always grumpy for some reason" tall guy makes eye contact with me and looks away. The woman on my side of self checkout sees the blinking light and stares off into the distance in the opposite direction... I call out to her to ask for help. 10 minutes later, after simply rescanning my items over and over, she goes " is this price ok?" Like...no. You did nothing and the sale price still isn't showing. Waste of 10+ minutes and had to go to customer service to get the adjustment. All while mr always grumpy just stands there doing nothing. To be so angry all the time while not actually doing anything...it's wild. I don't like coming here.
