Understaffed, poorly stocked and poorly managed. Every pickup or delivery order I've ever placed more than half of the items have been out of stock. If you want a delivery order after 4pm don't waste your time. Delivery is a joke, they mess your order up every time and no matter how many times you report it to management it never gets any better. The cosmetic improvement on the location does not matter if you're not training your people properly. I'd give zero stars if i could. Delivery and pick up orders are supposed to be convenient and this store is anything but. And don't get me started on how many items in your order will expire the next day. Unbelievable given how much they charge for everything. Shopping here is a waste of time and money.

My least favorite grocery store. Too bright, too loud, annoying ads on the PA, recently rearranged everything needlessly, bathrooms have glaring blue anti-drug lights, and the new freezer doors don't close well. To top it off, the cart anti-theft system has started tripping when you take a cart from the vestibule into the store, and the staff get cranky at you like it's *your* fault their cart locked inside the store. Wegmans in Medford was a revelation, is totally worth the trip, and has a model train to boot.

Great convenient location. It had a major face lift over the years. One thing I don’t like is the lack of hairnets in the pizza/hot food counter. One woman had a ton of long black hair in a clip with no hairnet stretching pizza. Another woman was cutting cheese not wearing a hairnet. Hairnets should be mandatory. That is not serve safe certified.
