She thinks that she’s making favors to customers. The point is that: I returned some items. I give her the receipt with all items mentioned in the receipt. She said that something is missing, I asked her what is missing ? She said that the amount in the receipt doesn’t matches with the amount her computer showed even she inter all items. I told her that doesn’t have anything to do with me 🤷🏽♀️. She started yelling it is my fault, I asked her how, she said:”I don’t know “. I can’t do it, sorry. I asked her to call her manager. Her manager came after 10 minutes, and fixed the Ager B mistake. I EVEN DID NOT GET OUT OF THE STORE with the items I decided to return. My recommendation for Star Market: give training to your employees, specifically to AGER B, most of them need it. Because her behavior is unacceptable . Thank you
