- LLLatoyaNov 4, 20251.0OMG!!! Let me tell you about my horrible experience. I went to Panera with my son and his new baby. My son ordered a large drink, and I had a separate order. My son asked me to retrieve his drink while he watched the baby at the table. I approached the counter and informed the staff that I had a drink order for Gabby. The employee did not check the ticket. She stated, "what you order?" I said it's a drink order under the name Gabby. She provided me with a small cup, which I filled with juice and brought to my son. When I arrived at the table, he states it was supposed to be a large. I returned to the counter to inform the employee that the size was incorrect. At that point, she started yelling at me, stating, “You don’t know what you ordered.” I clarified that it was not my order. During this exchange, I noticed my food was ready at the counter, and I reached to collect it along with my cup for the drink cup. The employee then remarked, “You already have a cup,". OMG is she talking about the cup from the previous order that I threw away because it was incorrect? Mind you- these are the cups they hand out for free for water. To top this off- the employee I was speaking of appeared to be the manager, as she was wearing a polo shirt. Overall, I found this situation to be unnecessary and quite disrespectful. It was a disappointing experience.

She said thank you at the end of the service, he said you’re welcome. However, I said hi, he didn’t respond. I said thank you at the end of the service, he didn’t respond either. And he continued to treat non white ethnicities with a disgusted face. Next time, I won’t say Hi, neither Thank you. Life is too short to hate others for no reason. We are just customers. We are not coming to take over your living room space. What a miserable individual!
