  my bf and i just ordered from this location on doordash and they 1) gave my bf a hard time when he went to pick up the food, 2) messed up my sandwich/salad combo and forgot one of the main ingredients in each one, and to make matters worse i now have food poisoning from eating the food. sad bc this place used to be nice and the food used to be almost worth the price but not anymore :(

  Horrible service from the woman with tattoos on her arm. I couldn’t find her name. Terrible. I asked for the bathroom code, she turned her back and mumbled something — I couldn’t hear anything. She acts like she’s doing you a favor. It’s unbelievable that someone treats people this way. Zero rating.

  Cashier is slow and did not know what she is doing with gift card. Receipt printed is hardly readable. I asked her to change the ink. She said it is full!

  I usually enjoy Panoramic Bread and order from here often, but this visit was frustrating. My to-go order was taken by someone else because employees don’t check receipts. By the time I realized it, my order was gone. As a result, I had to wait extra time for the order to be remade, which was especially inconvenient since I was on a short break from work. Mistakes happen, but there should be a basic verification process for takeout orders to prevent this. Hopefully this is something they can improve, because the food itself is usually good.

  This Panera Bread location is terrible! They blocked the restroom and not let people use it during the business hours. The service people are very rude there and actively monitor customers who are not constantly eating. I have witnessed them kicking people out frequently because they finished their food and simply sat there reading. This behavior feels harassing and unwelcoming, especially compared to other Panera Bread locations that treat Sip Club members and other customers respectfully. I am a member in their unlimited sip club. One of the staff in this Porter Square location harassed me a few times and even threatened to call the police if I didn't leave in 30 minutes at one time because I was sitting there sipping my just ordered drink for more than 10 minutes and also used their microwave heating my breakfast. Her behavior was extreme and very hostile. I do not recommend this location with so much tension. If you value basic courtesy and a relaxed atmosphere to drink and eat, consider a different Panera.
