I loved the taste of the chicken, the seasoning, the quality they offer. I really recommend this chicken. KFC is gone for me; it lost its title as the best fried chicken. Now I'll only eat here. Thank you so much for this chicken, very moist and delicious. I loved it.

It had been sitting out for quite some time. When we complained about the food, the cashier told us that she will make us fresh chicken. We waited for 30mins just to hear that she wont be able to make us fresh chicken because the manager refused?¿ They only gave us 3 chicken tenders, which were also hard and dry. When we asked for a refund, they refused and wrongly accused us of lying. Worst customer service ever. Ps there is a sign that says %5 off for google reviews, all these reviews are fake lol.

I ordered chicken pieces and got served old, cold, greasy chicken that had been sitting out for 30 to 40 minutes. I complained right away, and instead of fixing the problem, the cashier and the kitchen guy started arguing with each other like it was my fault. I sat there for 30 minutes with the old chicken still on the table. When the manager finally called, he couldn’t care less. He said they wouldn’t do anything and only offered me 3 tenders. I asked for a refund and they straight up said no, telling me to dispute it with my bank. The guy was rude, disrespectful, and acted like I was bothering him. If you can’t respect your customers, you don’t deserve to run a restaurant. This place is a disgrace. NOT RECOMMENDED.
