There were four people in front of me in line and it is now 450 and I still have not even had my order taken at all they have one employee he’s under trained. He’s on the phone with either a friend or maybe the manager or something and they’re telling him what to do. He has no idea what he’s doing. There’s no other employees in the back to help him whatsoever and this is absolutely unacceptable.

I waited for a bit until I noticed no one was working on my order, no one even acknowledged me. I ask what was going on and they say "latte machine is down." I reorder a coffee and let them know I would also like the rest of my to go order I had previously paid for. They hand me a bag and I left. My coffee was not what I ordered and they forgot to include one of my items. They're blowing it over there.
