This isn’t a “they forgot a sugar packet” type of mistake. This is “you ordered one thing and got a completely different drink” level of incompetence. It’s to the point where I honestly believe that if you handed them a simple, clear order and gave them three chances, they’d find three different ways to get it wrong. What makes it worse is that this isn’t a one-time bad day or a single off experience. This has been happening consistently ever since the staff and management changed. There is no sign of training, no quality control, no urgency, and no pride in the work. It feels like nobody is overseeing anything, and the customer is the one who pays the price every single time. If you’re reading this and thinking about stopping here on your way to work, school, or home: • Don’t risk your time. • Don’t risk your money. • Don’t risk starting your day angry and disappointed. There are plenty of other Dunkin’ locations where you at least have a chance of getting what you ordered. This one? Avoid it completely. Honestly, I’d recommend staying away from this area if you’re counting on this Dunkin’ for anything more than frustration and a ruined drink.
