  Stopped by to pick up 12 munchkin 2diet Pepsi i was charged $17.52 just noticed the withdrawal from my account when swiped my card it had a different total when I checked my account a total different amount was taken out no one answered the phone I wouldn't give it a a 1 star didn't ha ve a choice

  The ONLY reason why I am giving 2 stars is because it's in a convenient place. I was coming from work and was in a good mood, decided to treat my family with some donuts. Ordered 4 Boston cream, 2 glazed, 2 pink, 2 double chocolate, and 2 cream delight. They didn't have 2 double chocolate so they gave me one chocolate glazed which I was fine with especially since they told me that they did so, no problem there. Only when I came home and opened the box did I see that instead of cream delight they gave me some random donuts that I didn't order. And I specifically checked before ordering on my phone, they did have all the donuts that I wanted on the shelf. This is not the first time they have messed something up, and you can't even get your money back because apparently the manager isn't there and the only time they are is when normal people are still at work. It's a shame that such a good location has such poor service. I hope numerous reviews will finally wake the owner up!

  I noticed I ordered mobile & the item was placed on the pink rack that was sort of to the left of the right window, it was accessible by spying so I grabbed it- —-otherwise there was only one employee visibly there who didn’t appear to have time to present or announce it, who was moving on to something else, and who had a tendency to remain out of view…

  Cashier is rude! Saturday (Oct 18th - 12:19pm), tried to order a Cerial ‘N Milk latte and cashier told me that it is not available (truly understandable) but then suddenly walked away and didn’t say anything for 1minute. After a minute she, she yells at me and says I should use the kiosk instead.. I understand that it is busy but she can say it nicely without yelling and walking away! Dunkin MBTA used to hire a nice and very friendly cashier even though it’s busy, but not anymore!
