- EMEllen Murphy6 days ago5.0Very nice Dunkin Donuts.. Some staff are amazing and have been there longer the others are catching up. Give them a break. Food is good the $6 meal deal you can't find that anywhere else. A few tables. A bathroom. No stairs so easy for wheelchairs.

While I was waiting, I watched the server prepare the drink and noticed that he poured hot milk into the coffee without adding any of the flavors I requested. When I politely pointed this out and asked him to add the flavors, he insisted that they had already been added—even though I had clearly seen that they hadn’t been. Despite my request, he refused to adjust the order or remake it properly. This is especially frustrating because I've noticed a consistent drop in quality ever since two new staff members were hired a couple of months ago. Every time they handle my order, it ends up incorrect or poorly made. It’s disappointing to see this lack of attention to detail and unwillingness to fix obvious mistakes.
