When I asked for it to be fixed, the manager (her name is Nicole ) didn’t remake it — she just poured the drink into a larger cup and added more ice, which is exactly what I asked to avoid. On top of that, the attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. When I requested a refund, it was processed incorrectly (medium tea instead of large lemonade), so the amount didn’t even match what I paid. I’ve seen the manager ( Nicole ) being nasty with a lot of people since I’m a regular customer, but I never expected to be treated disrespectfully, especially when I addressed the issue calmly and respectfully. Overall, poor service, poor handling of a simple mistake, and disappointing experience. I won’t be coming back to this location.
