  My family and I were in town for the marathon and this place was an absolute treat! Jordyn had such great personality and immediately made great recommendations on things we must do. We talked with her for probably 10 minutes making such a lasting impression. It’s people like Jordyn who make me want to come back to visit the city again and again. Exceptional customer service and now I think she’s part of our family. Highly recommend!

  A group of 4-5 of us regularly visit this shop to order ice cream cones. Most of the staff here provide excellent service and are very friendly and approachable. We never tip less than 15%, even when placing a takeout order. However, today we encountered a young female employee—fair-skinned, wearing a mask—who appeared distinctly unfriendly. Her tone was aggressive as she told us not to touch the counter because she had already finished cleaning it. I checked the time; it was around 9:45 PM, with only 15 minutes remaining until closing. (That may have been the reason for her displeasure—because the shop was about to close and she had already completed her cleaning duties; in fact, the strong, pungent smell of cleaning solution permeated the entire shop.) Regardless, we were deeply offended by the way she looked at customers like us. Aside from appearing unfriendly, we couldn't fathom what we had done so terribly wrong to warrant such treatment. Why couldn't she simply put up a "Closed" sign or politely inform us that the shop was no longer open? That would have been sufficient; we could have simply come back another day. However, the hostile glare she gave us has completely destroyed our desire to ever return to this establishment. I never would have expected a business of this caliber to hire—or fail to properly train—staff members who completely lack a service-oriented mindset, thereby tarnishing the reputation of your ice cream brand.
