    Poorly managed staff that can’t seem to get orders correct or complete. Save yourself from wasting time or money here because customer service is no existent. Good luck you’ve been warned.

    I've never received a correct order from this Wendy's and waited longer than 45 minutes for a chicken sandwich once.

    This place was horrid! They were terrible terrible service and the cheeseburgers are small according to grace. I hate this place.

    The entire serving counter was covered in clutter at 7pm. The fries were soggy and old. Nuggets were reduced in size (shrinkflation). Asked for a sauce for my sandwich and was ignored by the Large woman behind the desk after she looked right at me. Had to ask twice and then second time told it was .54 cents for a BBQ sauce for my burger. Was going to sit inside and eat but that was offputting. Good thing cuz upon looking st the dinner room all the tables were dirty and uninviting. What a sad state the burlington Wendy's has become. Totally uninviting and felt like a restaurant who doesn't care and is in decline. Seriously though Never saw an entire server counter where the restaurant take orders be covered in signs and clutter...not one clear space for orders and doubt that clutter was sanitary to put up there. Online order also took about 15 minutes.

    I think my chicken nuggets were from the Jurassic era they we so old. Burger was decent and the staff was nice.
