Trish had to help me with my digital coupon and then there was a misunderstanding in the meat department and then I accidentally got overcharged. Luckily, I noticed it at the store. I had to go back to the service desk and ask for help where Trish and Brian quickly resolved everything with a smile; thank you! Shout out to Brian who turned my morning around🤠

The meat department was able to get 50 (actually very tasty) fresh burgers for us ready to pick up within 30 minutes where other stores couldn’t/didn’t want to help us. In addition, my wife simply asked for dozens of “green” cupcakes and casually mentioned it was a woodland creature theme. When she went to pick them up we were surprised to see they went above and beyond and decorated them with really cute and high quality frosting animals/forest stuff, even though we didn’t explicitly ask.
