I paid more and received something I didn’t ordered. The individual hand me the order and I knew something was wrong. Unfortunately I saw it when I got home.

I immediately tried to refund my order, and was denied multiple times because they were “making my order” despite multiple signs saying they’re closed and the doors being locked. My money was taken out of my account and there is no implication that I will get my money back without disputing the charge with my bank. Absolutely terrible experience.

They did give me a bonus fourth cookie, but only two were hot, so that was disappointing. To make things worse, they were out of all soda and didn’t even mix my McFlurry. Overall, a really frustrating experience.
